If you signed up for Pro through our website and would like to apply for a refund you should make sure to cancel the subscription to avoid getting billed in the future, and then contact support@fishbrain.com and include the following information:

1. The username and email linked to your Fishbrain account.
2. A receipt clearly showing the date of sign up.
3. A reason for why you would like to have the refund.

If a refund claim is made within 14 days after the purchase, you qualify for a refund. You have to provide a receipt.

This policy only applies if you signed up for a subscription via our website. If you signed up for a subscription through App Store or Google Play Store, their policies apply.
