If you wish to return one or more items purchased on the Fishbrain Shop, you are welcome to fill our online return form with the necessary information, including your full name, email address, invoice number, address, reason for return and any other details that you wish to add.

Make sure you are aware of the following:

  • Returns are accepted on products bought from Fishbrain within the past 30 days.
  • Returns must be covered by the customer unless the product was defective, damaged or the wrong product was received.
  • Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging, including all accessories and instructions.

If the return doesn’t fit the above criteria, the customer will be responsible for the return costs.

Reimbursement:

  • The customer will be reimbursed only after the return is received back to the warehouse and passed the inspection. If by any chance the return gets lost, we will not be able to reimburse the customer.
  • In the case of faulty products, Fishbrain will cover the return costs through a prepaid return label or a Fishbrain Shop coupon of equivalent value to the amount paid by the customer for the return.
  • For returns due to other reasons such as change of mind, product not as expected or ordering the wrong product, color, size or variant, the customer is responsible for the return costs and any package delivery insurance.

Exceptions:

  • Products that have the Final Clearance Sale label are not accepted for returns.
  • Custom-made products, including decoys, apparel, and accessories items, cannot be returned.
  • Products ordered from Fishbrain Collection cannot be returned once they have been purchased, unless the products you have received are faulty. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
