If returning a product, please contact us at shop@fishbrain.com with information including your full name, email address, invoice number, address, reason for return and any other details that you wish to add. You can find the return form here.
Make sure you are aware of the following:
Returns are accepted on products bought from Fishbrain within the past 30 days.
Returns are free as long as the product you received was delivered defective or you received the wrong product. If your return doesn’t fit these criteria, the customer will be responsible for the return costs.
The customer will be reimbursed only after the return is received back by the warehouse. If by any chance the return gets lost, we will not be able to reimburse the customer.
Products that have the Final Clearance Sale label are not accepted for returns.
