If you would like to cancel your order, please reach out to shop@fishbrain.com and state clearly:
  • Your request to cancel the order
  • Include the invoice number for the order in question
  • Reason for cancellation
Please note that cancellation is not guaranteed as the processing for each order varies as we work with different brands and suppliers and in some cases the order can only be canceled if it has not yet been processed and in other cases it can be cancelled if it didn’t start processing yet. It is thus important that you reach out to us as soon as possible with a request to cancel an order, we’ll make that request with the supplier and if it’s possible we will confirm the cancellation and reimburse you.
