The tracking number is generated after the order has been processed and shipped, depending on the supplier’s process.
Customers get their tracking numbers in the shipping notification email. If you haven’t received the email with the tracking number yet, it means that the order hasn’t been processed yet. Wait at least 48 hours for the email before reaching out to our support at shop@fishbrain.com.
Please be aware that if the Notes section on the product page states that there are delays with that product or supplier, that the tracking information email won’t be automatically generated after 48 hours as normal.
