If you are having login issues, please make sure that you are using the same method of login as when you first logged in. If you, for example, used Google or Facebook to login, use the same method to login again because our system registered you that way.

If you logged in using your email address and password or the Magic Link, to get back into your account, use the below steps:

1. Open the app
2. Tap "Log in"
3. Tap “Continue with Email”
4. Use the “Magic Link”
5. You will receive an email with a magic link to access your account
