If you wish to delete your account, please note that the deletion won’t cancel any on-going subscriptions, so first make sure that you have canceled your Fishbrain Pro subscription. Find below instructions on how to cancel your subscription based on the method used to subscribe:

Once the subscription is canceled, to completely delete your account and all user data connected to it, use the following steps (valid on both Android and iOS devices):

  • Open the Fishbrain app
  • Go to your profile
  • Tap on the settings wheel
  • Tap on Edit Profile
  • Scroll down to the bottom and tap on Delete account

Keep in mind that deleting your account is irreversible.

If you are having issues with this, please contact us and provide both your username and the email address used to sign up for Fishbrain. Once we have those details, we will be able to delete your account as per your request.
