If you are missing items from your order or if you have received just a part of it. Please note that we sell products from different brands, so when placing an order for multiple items, there's a chance that you have ordered from multiple suppliers, because of this you will see:

- Confirmation emails from different brands
- You will have several invoice numbers but the same order number
- You will receive multiple shipping information emails containing the tracking numbers
- Your products will be shipped from different locations and in separate packages
- Your deliveries might arrive on different days depending on each supplier's processing and shipping time.
