If the order is already shipped when you realize the address you added is incorrect you will have to wait until the order has been returned to the sender before we can provide a reimbursement or re-send the order to the correct address, the last option being available depending on the supplier’s policies.

If the order is already shipped and it gets delivered to the incorrect address you added, unfortunately, in this case, we can’t replace or reimburse the order.

Always make sure to verify your address before placing an order (for adding more details or manually adding your address use the 'Apartment number and other delivery information’ button).
