If you have returned an order, please note that you will be reimbursed after the package reaches back to the supplier and it gets re-processed, this might take a few days depending on the supplier. After the reimbursement is issued, it will take between 2-5 business days for the amount to reach back into your account.

Always before returning a product, reach out to us for the return instructions as we are working with multiple suppliers and each might have a different return process and address.

In the case you have already returned the products using the return information from inside the package, please make sure to reach out to us at shop@fishbrain.com and provide us with the return tracking number so we can keep an eye on it.

Please note return costs will not be covered if the item was returned due to other reasons than being faulty or different from the one you ordered. Consult our Seller Policies directly on the product page of the Fishbrain Shop website.
