After having received a confirmation from the Fishbrain Support team that your order has been canceled on the supplier’s end, the reimbursement will be issued right away by Fishbrain and the payment should be in your account in 2-5 business days depending on your bank’s processing times.
 
Please note that the payment will be sent to the original payment method. If you do not have access to this anymore, please contact your bank.

If you notice that the amount hasn’t reached your account within the provided time, make sure you haven’t counted the weekend days as banks are working only during business days. Reach out to us at shop@fishbrain.com so we can review this if you still haven’t received the payment.
