If you received your order with different products than what you ordered, please reach out to us at shop@fishbrain.com and provide us with your name, invoice number, the product you were expecting and an image of the product that you have received and we will look into this for you.
If the product received was indeed wrong, we will provide you with a return label and reimburse you for it as soon as it reaches back to the supplier.
We can’t guarantee that a replacement can be made, but in some cases, there’s a possibility of doing that, as we are working with multiple suppliers, please make sure to make this request to our support team and they will assist.
