If you received your order with different products than what you ordered, please reach out to us at shop@fishbrain.com and provide us with your name, invoice number, the product you were expecting and an image of the product that you have received and we will look into this for you. 
 
If the product received was wrong, we will provide you with a return label and reimburse you for it as soon as it reaches back to the supplier. 
 
Would you be interested in a replacement rather than a refund, please let our Support team know. While we can’t guarantee a replacement at all times, working with a variety of suppliers, we will be happy to look into that request for you.
