If you are having login issues, and are trying to use the Magic Link, please follow the steps below:
 
1. Force close and re-open the app (uninstall is not necessary) 
2. Try the link below. Please try this directly without trying magic link first otherwise you are going to end on the same situation.

3. Go to Log in screen > Continue with email > Type password > Continue
 
Please make sure to check your junk/spam folder for your login email.
 
If the issue still persists and this does not help, please contact us at support@fishbrain.com and provide the following:
- A screenshot of the log in message you are receiving 
- Account username/email
- Device model
- App and software version
