Please note that if several days have passed and you haven’t received yet an email with your tracking number, that the supplier you have placed an order with might be having longer shipping times or delays.
To check this, you can look at the product in our Shop, in the Store Information section at Notes to see if there's any information about delivery times, like in the below example:
If the product doesn’t have any information about longer delivery times or delays and you still haven’t received an email with the shipping information, make sure you have waited for the usual 3 days processing time and email us at shop@fishbrain.com stating your order/invoice number, name and details about your issue.
