Seller Return Policy
At Fishbrain Shop, we value our customers' satisfaction and offer a comprehensive return policy. You can return products purchased from Fishbrain Shop within 30 days of purchase, provided you have valid proof of purchase. As an online retailer, we accept returns exclusively through mail.
Please note that products ordered from Fishbrain Collection cannot be returned once they have been purchased, unless the products you have received are faulty. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following conditions:
- Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging, including all accessories and instructions.
- Upon return, products will undergo a thorough inspection for eligibility. Reimbursement will be processed only after approval of the inspection.
- In the case of faulty products, Fishbrain will cover the return costs through a prepaid return label or a Fishbrain Shop coupon of equivalent value to the amount paid by the customer for the return.
- For returns due to other reasons such as change of mind, product not as expected or ordering the wrong product, color, size or variant, the customer is responsible for the return costs and any package delivery insurance.

If you require a replacement for a product due to your own reasons, such as desiring a different model, color or size besides the one already ordered, shipping costs both for the return and shipping of the replacement will be covered by the customer.

We strive to respond within 24 hours, so please check both your inbox and spam folders. Kindly include the original order confirmation or invoice received with your product.
- Please note that custom-made products, including decoys, apparel, and accessories items, cannot be returned.
- Products that have the Final Clearance Sale label are not accepted for returns.
- Products ordered from Fishbrain Collection cannot be returned once they have been purchased, unless the products you have received are faulty. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We currently offer shipping within the United States only. Products can be shipped to all US contiguous States using the delivery company chosen by the supplier. Shipping costs are determined based on the size, weight of the product, and your location. The exact shipping costs will be calculated and added to the order total during the checkout process in your shopping cart.
Order Processing and Delivery:
We make every effort to ensure that all products listed on our website are in stock and that pricing is accurate. Orders are typically processed and shipped within three business days. However, please allow for a delivery time frame of up to 5-12 business days. It's important to note that deliveries to non-metropolitan areas may take longer.
