Due to the amount of data needed, Navionics depth maps can take longer than other maps to load. This normally only occurs the first time, however, and should be up and running in about 1 minute. 

The maps you loaded get saved as offline on your device, and will therefore become a bit faster to use the next time. Navionics will only load new maps with WiFi or cellular data. Learn how to manage your depth contour settings by checking our FAQ.

We recommend using depth maps while connected to Wi-fi.
