The gear section is where you can add the items of gear you used to catch that awesome fish you are logging. Simply tap on the + button and browse or search for your gear.

Adding your gear to each of your catches will automatically save the items on your Profile for easy management and quick use in the future. Fishbrain will also be able to suggest the best gear for your future catches based on what you’ve previously logged.
